Visual & Dimensional Inspection
Every tube and pipe undergoes 100% visual and dimensional inspection ensuring compliance with specified OD, wall thickness, length and surface finish requirements against applicable standards and customer drawings.
Hydrostatic Testing
Performed on each tube and pipe to confirm leak-proof integrity under pressure, validating structural strength and reliability for high-pressure service conditions per relevant standards.
Mechanical Testing
Comprehensive tests including tensile, hardness, flaring, flanging, flattening and reverse bend verify mechanical strength, ductility and forming capability as per ASTM/ASME standards.
Chemical Analysis
Chemical composition of each heat is verified using advanced spectro analysis and PMI equipment ensuring full conformity with specified material grades and international standards.
Eddy Current Testing
Non-destructive examination to detect surface and near-surface imperfections at high speed without damaging the material, conducted per ASTM E426 / E309 requirements.
Positive Material Identification
PMI testing confirms the exact material grade of stainless steel products, ensuring full traceability and preventing material mix-ups with complete confidence in composition.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Detects internal and sub-surface discontinuities within the tube wall ensuring structural integrity for critical applications, performed per ASTM E213 and relevant specifications.
Micro & Macro Examination
Microstructural examination evaluates grain structure and metallurgical quality after heat treatment. Grain size measured per ASTM E112 ensuring proper heat treatment and long-term performance.
Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)
Carried out for U-bend tubes to detect fine surface cracks using penetrant liquids, ensuring defect-free bending quality for heat exchanger applications.
Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) Test
Evaluates susceptibility to intergranular corrosion per ASTM A262 (Practices A, B, C or E), ensuring material maintains corrosion resistance in aggressive service environments.
